Should you need to send your Rado to an authorised centre for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to offer a free shipping service. Simply fill out the form below and we will send you a high quality packaging for your watch via DHL with a prepaid return guide. Please complete the form included with the packaging and return it along with your Rado watch. Then you can simply post the package to Rado and request a shipping receipt. Please note that the package is only insured for one watch.

Our opening hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The service is available for individual owners of a Rado watch and not to service centres sending watches on behalf of a customer.
