Marketing Manager – Rado (5 Months Contract)
Job description
-
Assist Brand Manager in preparing the sales/marketing and communication plans for the country.
-
Budget management both planning and control.
-
Adopt brand’s marketing concept for the country with brand’s worldwide concept.

Local adaptation of communication concept for brand with the brand’s worldwide concept.

Supervise the merchandising of customers in line with the marketing policy of HQ.
-
Responsible for retail activities (marketing and sales).
-
Responsible for staff training, inventory, sales promotion, sales reporting, advertising and merchandising.
ADVERTISING
-
Update and follow up on all advertising materials from HQ such as the advertising background visual and watches.
-
Respect the rules and layout guidelines according to Brand International, Advertising Department.

Communicate with Sales Manager on any advertising news update.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
-
Update PR materials and coordinate with Brand International, Marketing & Communication Department.

Send press kits, press release and Rado-related news to PR agency and the media.
-
Prepare and responsible for the products for fashion show and photo shooting via TV and printed media.

Regularly meeting with PR agency to evaluate their performance and communicate the requirements needed.

Check and evaluate the brand’s PR coverage news on a monthly basis both by self and via PR Clipping submitted by PR agency.
ROAD SHOWS/ EVENTS/SPONSORSHIP/ OTHER ACTIVITIES

Collaborate with and support Sales Manager on any in-store promotion campaigns with a retailer.

Coordinate with the supplier on the setup of the booths, exhibitions, or necessary settings.

Assume a leading role and be liaison with PR agency, an event organizer and related parties for all Rado marketing-related activities and events.

Provide all necessary information, PR and advertising materials to the above-mentioned parties to maximize the brand’s image and impact of that particular event.

Update Sales Manager on the direction and new designs of Rado props and display materials.
Professional requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.

Minimum 5 years direct experiences in Marketing, Communication and PR & Event.

Extensive experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Solutions and how performance /digital marketing work.
-
Ability to deal with a dynamic team and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills.
-
Good English communication, quantitative and creative skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Retail
- To grant objectives achievement in term of turnover and profitability in the stores.
- Preparing Sales forecast according to the budget/commercial targets in the country per store and employee
- Analyse sales and KPI’s in order to maximise the store performance
- Supervise & Implement actions of turnover of sales, operations strategies to maximize growth potential for the retail business.
- Review and manage inventory levels through identification of appropriate product assortment for corporate stores in line with HQ procedures.
- Oversee the sales and operations of the retail locations and implement rules and procedures according to retail guide lines from HQ
- Creates reports to use on a daily business and develop tools for a daily business in the stores and in collaboration with HQ.
- Help to identify new business opportunities for retail division by detecting potential new store locations across the market and to let approve by HQ.
- Responsible to develop a database with existing clients to maintain good business relationships and new ones in collaboration with marketing activities.
- Evaluate competitive challenges for the brand and identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.
Marketing, PR, Retail Design
- Plan and execute local events in a store, promotions and point of sale activities in order to increase sell through levels.
- Respecting brand identity, while ensuring that brand image and position were properly maintained in the stores in line with HQ
- Supervises the proper use of merchandising material in line with HQ VM Guidelines in close collaboration with VM.
Human Resources
- Responsible for hiring of the Area Manager, store managers in cooperation with Brand Manager, Human Resource Manager.
- Overview personnel planning
- Provide continuous on site coaching and development opportunities for Area Manager.
- Monitor & improve Area Manager Performance (against business plan & personal objectives) and ensuring corrective action plans in place.
- Assess Sales Supervisor and provide all effort to resolve problems through visit and ensuring effective communication with all team members on the visit.
- First point of contact for Area Manager.
Leadership
- Regularly meeting with Area Manager
- Evaluate weekly market visit reports
- Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
General responsibilities
- Conduct and prepare Brand meeting report as well as leading the meetings
- Commission preparation for HQ (All POS)
- Informs the Brand Manager of all and every extraordinary or irregular points and elements in the field of his/her responsibility.

Qualifications:
- Experience in retail business from 6-8 years of Management position preferably with matrix organization
- English fluent is a must.

Job description
The role
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the brand Rado BeLux, you are in charge of the several tasks.
Your responsibilities
Sales:
- In collaboration with the Brand Manager, the Account Manager and the Customer Care coordinator, support and maximize the partnership with our wholesale Retailers for all the different subjects linked with sales: orders, Rado collection, merchandising orders, shipments, analysis and sales budget/forecast/reports … in a day to day & monthly basis.
- Work on the different Rado platforms.
- Customer Care back up.
- Collection Management: analysis, novelties introduction, presentations…
- Develop Rado Newsletters in relation to the Rado planning activities.
Marketing:
In line with Rado strategy and with Rado marketing budget, maximize the Rado brand exposure and Rado image for BeLux.
- Marketing plan:
- In accordance with the Brand Manager and Rado HQ, set-up the marketing plan link with the Rado strategy, budget, targets… in terms of communication, events, PR, point of sales…
- Responsibility for the analysis, set up and follow-up of the marketing budget (via platforms…).
- Communication:
- Maximize brand exposure in relation with the budget by print, digital, social media, co-op… in cooperation with the Brand Manager and Rado HQ.
- Negotiations with the different medias in order to respect the media plan.
- To give all the support to our Partners vs social media/web site… in order to be in line with our strategy and develop sales.
- PR/Events/Sponsoring plan:
- Maximize PR coverage in Belux via all medias: proactivity link with the Rado actualities vs collection launches…
- Events management: organize Rado events, suppliers negotiations, presence on sites, reports…to be creative in line with Rado strategy.
- Point of sales:
- Analyse and give support to the Retailers in order to have the same image vs physical pos and digital pos.
- Develop activations, incentives, special windows, trainings, events… for our Retailers.

Profile
