Sales Manager
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Retail
- To grant objectives achievement in term of turnover and profitability in the stores.
- Preparing Sales forecast according to the budget/commercial targets in the country per store and employee
- Analyse sales and KPI’s in order to maximise the store performance
- Supervise & Implement actions of turnover of sales, operations strategies to maximize growth potential for the retail business.
- Review and manage inventory levels through identification of appropriate product assortment for corporate stores in line with HQ procedures.
- Oversee the sales and operations of the retail locations and implement rules and procedures according to retail guide lines from HQ
- Creates reports to use on a daily business and develop tools for a daily business in the stores and in collaboration with HQ.
- Help to identify new business opportunities for retail division by detecting potential new store locations across the market and to let approve by HQ.
- Responsible to develop a database with existing clients to maintain good business relationships and new ones in collaboration with marketing activities.
- Evaluate competitive challenges for the brand and identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.
Marketing, PR, Retail Design
- Plan and execute local events in a store, promotions and point of sale activities in order to increase sell through levels.
- Respecting brand identity, while ensuring that brand image and position were properly maintained in the stores in line with HQ
- Supervises the proper use of merchandising material in line with HQ VM Guidelines in close collaboration with VM.
Human Resources
- Responsible for hiring of the Area Manager, store managers in cooperation with Brand Manager, Human Resource Manager.
- Overview personnel planning
- Provide continuous on site coaching and development opportunities for Area Manager.
- Monitor & improve Area Manager Performance (against business plan & personal objectives) and ensuring corrective action plans in place.
- Assess Sales Supervisor and provide all effort to resolve problems through visit and ensuring effective communication with all team members on the visit.
- First point of contact for Area Manager.
Leadership
- Regularly meeting with Area Manager
- Evaluate weekly market visit reports
- Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
General responsibilities
- Conduct and prepare Brand meeting report as well as leading the meetings
- Commission preparation for HQ (All POS)
- Informs the Brand Manager of all and every extraordinary or irregular points and elements in the field of his/her responsibility.
Professional requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail business from 6-8 years of Management position preferably with matrix organization
- English fluent is a must.
- Strong negotiation and Solid communication skills
- Education and Certification Requirements in bachelor's degree above
Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator
Job Description
Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator – Rado Brand
We are looking for Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the day-today operations within the Brand. This individual will work with different teams to ensure order processing, outstanding customer service and maintain inventory levels across our different sales channels. This position focuses on reporting and business analytics and will support the entire operation.
This is an on-site position in Miami, Florida.
Profile
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain product catalog to offer ongoing updates of product upsells, cross sells and merchandising throughout the website and develop pages and content as needed.
- Support testing and development of enhancements/functionality for the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct competitive analysis in order to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced eComm experience – Monthly or as needed
- Promote collection launches through product uploads, copy, banner updates
- Support local sales planning, customer service, and logistics teams, to ensure Ecommerce stock needs are met
- Work with Sales Support, Operations and IT Department to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Provide Luxury Customer Service while educating the customer about new products and services offered by the brand through Website Chat
- Assist with Inventory Management on the website
- Create product description and provide digital assets to third party vendors that will help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Address Customer concerns via email, phone or social media.
Sales
- Work with cross functional teams to execute delivery of allocated product to accounts
- Coordinate new SKU set up process.
- Enter POs and Ship Notes for all incoming shipments and maintain shipment logs.
- Coordinate and maintain records of all consignment.
- Coordinate all aspects of Bill of Materials that accompany product (boxes, instruction manuals, et al), set up references in SAP, address replacement requests, and oversee warehouse inventory levels.
- Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP and maintain files.
- Maintain miscellaneous files, track special requests, follow up on client needs and issues as directed.
- Analyzing retail sales trends and suggesting actions to support.
- Analyze and determine inventory needs by network
- All other duties assigned by Management
Professional Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent training experience required.
- Magento or Magento 2 Experience is a plus
- 1-2 years’ experience in online sales
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup)
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of Company product, watch/jewelry industry is a plus
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, and navigate/succeed in ambiguity
